My journey.
Hey, I'm Britt (she/they)—and I believe you're capable of so much more than you think.
For 15 years, I played by the corporate rulebook. I showed up as who I thought I was supposed to be, ignored my inner voice, and wondered why I felt stuck and couldn't just make it work. Then I worked with a coach who helped me connect to my inner strength, and everything shifted. I took a chance on myself, left the corporate world, and became a Life Coach—determined to help others do what I did: stop living someone else's version of their life and start creating their own.
Here's what I know: You don't need fixing. You need support, tools, and someone in your corner who believes in you while you're learning to believe in yourself.
I work with people who are done with their harsh inner critic and ready for something different. Maybe you're contemplating a career change, struggling with self-doubt, or sensing there's more to life than what you're currently experiencing. If you're standing at a crossroads asking yourself, "Do I keep going this way, or do I choose something else?"—that's where I come in.
I trained through the Martha Beck Wayfinder Coaching program and the Institute for Equity-Centered Coaching because I wanted to offer more than generic advice. My approach combines three powerful elements: reflective questions to get clear on what's underneath, Internal Family Systems to stabilize your inner world, and somatic techniques to ground you within your being. This isn't just theory—it's backed by real, lived experience. I've been where you are. I know what it's like to feel trapped by expectations, frozen in uncertainty, and exhausted from pretending.
Here's how we'll work together: We meet you exactly where you are—no judgment, no pressure to have it all figured out immediately. Together, we'll build the skills and capacities you need to move forward with clarity and confidence. We'll quiet that inner critic, reconnect you with what actually matters to you, and create actionable steps that feel sustainable, not overwhelming.
I believe that when we show up authentically, we don't just change our own lives—we create permission for others to do the same. That ripple effect? That's how we build a world where people feel free to be themselves, where belonging doesn't require conformity.
If you're ready to carve your own path and finally live the life you've been longing for, let's talk.
I'd love to support you on this journey. You don't have to do it alone.
VALUES
JOY: The innate pleasure and happiness that comes from being your true self. Joy isn't something you chase—it's what emerges when you celebrate the things that bring you pleasure and make you, you. It's the natural byproduct of building a life you actually want to be living.
VULNERABILITY: A source of strength and power, not weakness. Vulnerability supports real connection by allowing you to share openly and honestly about who you are and what you've experienced. It's what happens when you let your heart take the lead.
INTEGRITY: Honoring who you are and what you need at any given moment. It means showing up for yourself and others from a place of authenticity and wholeness—coming back to the truth of who you are and living from your values, not someone else's expectations.
CURIOSITY: Approaching life with an open mind and a playful spirit. Curiosity means getting curious about your values, ideas, beliefs, and thoughts—broadening your perspective, engaging your creativity, and letting go of rigid attachment. It's asking questions to get clear and staying open to new perspectives.
SUSTAINABILITY: Checking in with your capacity and adapting based on what's actually possible in any given moment. It's about going with the flow of life and making adjustments that honor your skills, energy, and limits—not pushing past them until you burn out.
